I was very fortunate to be able to work with Trevor Lord of ARC Contracting on the roof replacement at Lord of the Lakes Church in Winneconne, WI. As the chairperson of the Buildings & Grounds team, I was the point person from the church for the inspection, the proposal to church council and ultimately the replacement of the roof due to storm/wind damage. Trevor effectively negotiated with the insurance company for the maximum benefit to the church. His proposal to Church Council and the Buildings & Grounds team was very comprehensive and professional. Trevor led the project from the inspection through the replacement, all the while maintaining fantastic communication with me. It was a pleasure to work with Trevor and ARC Contracting and recommend them without reservation!

Our experience with ARC was exceptional from start to finish. Special kudos to the team of employees we personally dealt with Rick Headley / Alex Dukelow/ Josh and Gabe were install team, they all deserve a raise. They were very professional and polite, their knowledge on the product and work to be done was nothing short of astounding. Treated us with kindness and respect, everything an employer should love to have in employees. We liked these guys and their professionalism so much we ordered 4 more windows to be installed, just hope we get the same team. Update, I have to say we were just as pleased with the crew for the second round of windows. That would be Matt and Josh. they were just as polite, knowledgeable & professional as the crew on the fist round of windows. ARC should be proud to have employees like these two crews. Daniel Koseck
This might have been a small project for ARC, but it certainly wasn't for us. We were made to feel this was one of the most important things ARC had on their schedule. Great company . . . terrific people!
We were EXTREMELY pleased with the quality of the materials, work, and service. The installers were efficient, cleaned up after the job, and kept us completely informed about the entire project from scheduling to completion.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TOP NOTCH! When reaching out to ARC to schedule an onsite visit, the staff on the phone were incredibly friendly and professional! Dennis (Project Manager) came to our home to provide us with quotes for roofing, siding and windows. He called when he was on his way, arrived on time and was incredibly friendly. He is very thorough with his explanations and answered all of our questions. We felt like we were talking with a friend more than a rep for the company!
The installation of the roof went smooth and and they cleaned up super well. All people involved were very nice and upbeat. They made sure the job was done right!
Awesome job! Communication with the roofers was mostly nonexistent, but there were no problems to speak of, so no harm done. The fascia/gutter guys were very good, very professional. There was a lack of communication when the job was done. Leftover materials remained in our yard for several days before they were picked up. -Wasn't sure if they were done or not. Overall, a really good experience though.
Had roofing done and some gutter work. All work was done well and looks good. The gutter work I needed done was a little different but they were willing to work with me and got it dont just how i wanted. Full disclosure there was a little bit of damage done to property. However ARC was fully committed to making it right and refunded the whole for repairs without making me jump through hoops. Very good to know they stand by their work and make sure the customer is satisfied.

Quality of work was exceptional. Work crew was very professional and even with an un foreseen set back everything was completed on time. Clean up was very thorough.

You took time to answer all my questions and concerns before the project with out judgement. The roof was completed in one day and I was impressed with the clean up. Time will still if the flashing holds up to water. I was very impressed. The only small downside was two bushes were distroyed and I specifically asked that they be careful of them.edit: a downspout was put where I didn't want one. I told 3 people this but the drawing was not changed and it wasn't communicated to the installer
ARC was great to work with when getting a new roof on my house. Everyone that I came in contact with from the company was very friendly and professional. They made sure all of my questions were answered. The work itself went very quick and I appreciated how Jake came back to do an extra sweep of the ground area and to check out the finished product.
Phillip was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He helped us navigate a frustrating insurance process with patience and ease.
From what I can see from the ground things look good and was done in a timely matter for the time of year.
Enjoyed working with Bob. The men installing worked long hours and the weather didn’t help them out. Very pleased with service, only had to recall Brad for minor things. Greatful customers

The installers were at the house early Tuesday morning and worked straight thru until early evening. They had a large crew and got done in one day, some extra material was required over the sun room. Good workers ! - Bill

Bob and Brian went out of there way to assist and insure a quality job. The job started at my mothers home and she passed away before the job was completed.
