We had an unfortunate flood, which killed power to parts of our home. We were very concerned about keeping our family safe. We called Kalahari. Gideon showed up on Sunday. He was patient, reassuring, highly knowledgeable, and professional. Most importantly Gideon resolved our electrical concerns. If we need an electrician in the future we're going to call Kalahari and I'd recommend that you do the same.

Yamir Cruz was the best he helped me out with an emergency water leak into my sub panel he cut the power and guided the plumbers with there work. Also , swung back to help with an on going issue with the panel.

I had an issue with the starter on my gas stovetop and the outlets on the same circuit that were misfiring and not reliably functioning. Josh came and did a great job, methodically going step by step...diagnosing the probable issue(s), making the fixes, explaining what he was doing and why, and putting things back in order when he was done. He was punctual, professional, and courteous. He answered my questions clearly and patiently, and he taught me things about what he was doing and why and things for me to look out for that will help me going forward. The excellent service started from the initial phone call. I can’t remember her name (Bella maybe?) was so kind over the phone, took great notes about my issue and was able to find me someone to come to my home within two hours (hard to find in Atlanta!) Jan and Gideon arrived right on time, the office also called me to give me a 30 min heads up. They were professional, kind, respectful and very, very knowledgeable. Their repair methodology is analytical and very detailed. They not only quickly identified the issue, they made sure to check every possible issue and test to make sure their proposed solution would be a permanent fix, not temporary. Pricing is straightforward and documented, so there is no question about it. I was given quotes before any work started so they were very transparent throughout the process. Once they started working on the solution, they were done in no time and so thorough and clean in their work, I felt very well taken care of. I will certainly keep them in mind for all electrical work, their professionalism is second to none.

I am beyond grateful that I found Kalahari Electrical Services! From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. Josh was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to identify the issue within about 20 minutes of being in my home—something I found absolutely amazing. Just a few days prior, I had my home warranty company send someone out, and they spent over two hours trying to diagnose the problem with no success. Not only did they fail to find the issue, but they also told me it would cost nearly $500 more to bring out a master electrician and assistant to check the attic—and that didn’t even include repairing the issue. Come to find out, the problem wasn’t in the attic at all. It was an outlet in my closet—something their technician didn’t even trace or check.
