You guys always do great service when you're here. It's unforunate that it takes so long to get you out here. Might I suggest as a perk to your membership program that it gives you service priority. I know that adds another level of complexity, but I would pay more for my membership if it came with a service within 2 days garuntee or something.

Johan, Jimmy and KT did a fine job. All very professional. However the length of time contract customers are waiting for service is unacceptable.

This has been the absolute worst experience ever from a company. Bradenton area people, discontinue services immediately. This company refused to send out a technician when my AC when out on a Friday afternoon. Best they could do was Tuesday. I was paying for emergency services monthly. They have stopped servicing Bradenton on the weekends per many calls to escalate to a manager and send a technician from Tampa. Not 1 manager has called me back with several escalations for the past 6 days! When I did get my AC fixed by another company. They showed me the wear and tear on the part that was going on for serval years. This should have been replaced all under warranty but One Hour did not do any preventative maintenance’s even though they came out twice a year. This company is only about scamming customers. Buyer beware!
