After a surprise water leaked caused significant damage to our home, I was referred to Renown by a family friend. Adam came out quickly to take photos and measurements, and wrote an estimate to forward to my insurance company. Renown Roofing and Construction did an EXCELLENT job of replacing my roof and fence, and also of repairing inside damage resulting from the monster hail storm we had in the spring. I had NEVER encountered a construction organization that asked me to review the work after completion and let them know about anything I disliked. WOW! I was impressed. They fixed or otherwise repaired all the problems I mentioned. From my perspective, they went "above and beyond" everything that was required or even desired. I would recommend them to anyone!

We needed gutters on the back of our house. With all the rain, we had a lake in the back of the house. I called all over north Texas for quotes and some returned my call and some did not. Nobody wanted to do the very small job. Then a company joined the Frisco Chamber and I called them. They were absolutely happy to to my small area and they gave me a very reasonable rate. Then, they came out in a timely manner and hung them. High quality, matched exactly the house colors, seamless perfections. The rains have come, flooding in the streets, however our back yard is now safe from the standing lake it had previously been. When the hail comes, you can bet I will be calling Renown Roofing and Construction!!!

Wonderful first impression!!! Very professional!!! Leo followed up with a phone once an appointment was scheduled. He was very thorough with the inspection and explaining what the next steps would be.

We've used Renown for 2 roof replacements now. After the 2nd one, the workers cleaning up damaged our deck when they drug something down the entire length, about 40 feet. After the 1st attempt to fix it resulted in it looking worse than before, and no communication from the person I'd been talking to for months, I was starting to get pretty frustrated. I was finally able to connect with Chris who took over operations after this incident and had no idea the damage had even occurred. All my concerns were put to rest after meeting with him and his son. Within 3 weeks (because this fell right before Christmas) their crew was here and replaced every floor board on our 800 square ft deck and once it dries out they'll be back to stain it. They have been an absolute breeze to communicate with and went above and beyond even fixing some things not related to the damage and putting additional trim on the deck that makes it look even more amazing! After the damage initially happened I was prepared to write off the company. Now, my trust in them in renewed and I'm having them do additional work replacing 3 exterior doors. With Chris running things and his son (I'm sorry I can't remember his name!) managing the worksite you can be confident in a job well done!
