Alex was thorough and professional. He was polite and explained everything. I'd happily use him again. Things I like about this company: they inform you when they are coming, text to say they are on their way, friendly service employees. Things I am not so sure about: It always seems they have something more to sell me. The service contracts are inexpensive and they come to check the system twice a year. The company that installed the system (La Canada Air Conditioning and Heating) was bought by Monkey Wrench Plumbing, which seems to have changed it from a family run company we trusted to one pushing their employees to always "upsell". Their prices for anything they add on are very high.

We've had a cluster of issues at our home that all popped up at once and we needed them to get fixed in a timely manner. Rubin and Monkey Wrench were great at jumping right on the job and getting everything taken care of well and swiftly. They're always so easy to work with.

My tankless water heater was heating water but not enough- we called Monkey wrench pluming- service person said we needed a new heater- I called the factory who said it was still under warranty-HE left with the system not heating AT ALL- NO HOT WATER we have 2 infants in the home.

Henry was, as we have come to expect from Monkey Wrench Plumbing, a very professional and polite technician whom we would be happy to work with again in the future. We know they are not inexpensive but having their great service in our home is worth it.
