Nate came within the time window they gave me, he was dressed neat, introduced himself and confirmed the services he was here to do. He immediately went to work with a maintenance check of all systems, then performed a WIFI thermostat install that I was not able to complete (first time with an electric heat pump / aux heat / AC set up). I waited over a week to write this to make sure heat and AC work, along with being able to access the system via WIFI. All has worked well. Final price was what they quoted me on the phone.

Evan Dyess Air and Daniel did a great job for us today. We have routine service done twice a year by then in order to maintain our unit to its peak efficiency. Daniel was great on site today and pointed out a little thing he thought we should correct. He then spoke to us about the overall condition of our unit and was very helpful during the visit.

Mark Hunter came out today to do our quarterly HVAC maintenance. He is extremely knowledgeable and provided recommendations to ensure our units run efficiently to help elevate issues down the road. Given this is a rental, his advice was helpful and most appreciated. We have been using Dyess for +14 years and will continue to use them and highly recommend Hunter.

Daniel A failed air conditioning unit may sound like an expensive inconvenience but it ended up being a huge blessing. While having the air conditioner fixed yesterday, it exposed an electrical fire that would have otherwise not been detected. With the immediate response and collaboration between Palmetto Electric Cooperative, Bluffton Electric and Dyess Air & Plumbing my house did not burn down, I had my faulty electrical equipment fixed and back up in 2 hours and now the air conditioning unit is good to go as well. Huge shoutout to Palmetto Electric for ensuring the highest safety standards, for Bluffton Electric for the rapid response and ensuring the work was done with the utmost quality and to Dyess Air & Plumbing for coming out three times to complete the job without having to reschedule. These local companies truly worked together and truly helped someone in a pickle.

Dyess The technician, Mark, was dispatched to my home at 58 Wyndham Dr in Bluffton, SC. Mark was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, I could go on and on. Mark scored a 10 on 1-10 scale. He quickly fixed our a/c issue and clearly explained everything I needed to know. He also offered best recommendations on thermostats at my request. Great job.
