Chad was efficient and did the job well. He made sure that the leak was fixed before he left.

We had a noise problem with our mini-split inside console. Nick investigated and found a broken part. He ordered the part but was sent the incorrect part. So, he reordered the part again and then came to our house to install it. He did a great job installing it, checked it out thoroughly and showed me a feature to that could be adjusted. Nick was very personable and knowledgeable.

Also happy with the fact that he was prepared with parts ready to go for the work that needed to be done, before the sale was even made, meaning the job could be completed the same day. Great experience all around.

Nick was awesome. Came in and addressed the problem I called him for, which was to replace our sump pump. He also took the time to answer some questions about problems I didn't call him for. He was prepared to install the sump pump in the same day of the visit, and that's just what he did. And the best part of all was that he didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need or ask for. Great experience all around!

Drew was great. Courteous and professional. Only concern was I needed more furnace filters. I asked where I could buy them as they are a unique size I am not familiar with. He said no worries that he had some with him. He finished the furnace check and then said I needed to sign for the filters. I never was told the price, so not sure if I am paying a fair amount or not. Will have to do some research myself.

Jason was awesome in helping us find a solution that was economical but also encompassing to ensure we didn’t run into issues in the future. He was thorough in his assessment and took the time to explain each repair option to me. I am hoping he does not have to come back for a very long time but today I am very pleased with the service he provided!

They tell you exactly what is wrong and right about your systems. They also give you pointers on how to operate your systems more efficiently Cole P. was awesome in servicing my furnace for another year.

Devin came to our home early, and was very gracious and nice. He did everything he needed to do on our furnace and did it fast and quickly. He spent probably a half hour answering all my questions about our zone system that they installed for us. Absolutely the best techs in the Metro!
