Keith showed up on time and immediately began to assess the issue. After the problem that he came out to address couldn't be replicated he began going through a troubleshooting process that revealed that the problems were a result of the electric outlet on my deck was taking on water and it was accumulating in a junction box below my deck causing my GFI outlet to continually fail. He cleared the water from the conduit and sealed the affected outlets. It is his determination and ingenuity that solved what could have been a dangerous situation. I appreciate him and Travis electric for their concern and diligence in this matter.

Absolutely hands down phenomenal team and service! We just moved into a big house with previous we’ll say questionable home cooked electrical work and knew we needed an overhaul. They had a tech out within one hour of the initial call and they started the 3 full day process the very next day. David was our lead and Daniel and Eddy worked alongside him. For my electrical needs, I reached out to Travis Electrical. As a company, they are very responsive and they value their customers time and opinions. Over the past couple of years, I have called on Travis multiple times for electrical work. For example, installating inside and outside celing fans, an adding a chandelier to main foyer. They Installed front soffit lighting, rear flood lighting, added a total home surge protection, and updated my bed room lighting. Additionally, dimmer switches and an electrical outlet were also installed. I like the fact that Preston was assigned to each job. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He answered every question I asked no matter how many times I may have repeated it. His advise and recommendations helped me decide what services I needed. My wife needs a quite working environment. When he arrived, he made sure his team made minimal noise which shows he valued her working requirement. He also speak to the fur babies who greets him each time he arrives. The guys were great! We were in a bind and could not find anyone who would come out to help us. When I called the lady who answered the phone was so nice and helpful and she was able to get the electrician out the next morning! They were so nice and very helpful! We will definitely us them again!

Thanks for helping me out and sending Preston to do my upgrade. He was the most polite and easy going person I have ever met. He was fast too! We opened the box of the second fixture and found the lens broken across one end of it. Preston waited while I went and exchanged the fixture. Took me about 20 minutes to go to Lowe's and back.
