My service tech Karim did a fantastic job; he walked me through the work he did and remind me good practice of maintaining our AC / furnace.
Matt came out and gave me a quote for a new HVAC system. He was very thorough, explained all of the alternatives and was very professional. I am looking forward to the installation of our new HVAC system. Adam and crew installed our new HVAC, on time thorough, cleaned up when they were done and explained everything.
Max did a check up ( maintenance) of my water heater and also checked all faucets, toilets and looked at water quality. He then went over all issues and when they should look be addressed, Very thorough.
This technician was energetic, well-spoken and focused on responding to our questions. He suggested alternatives for future consideration and left us with useful info to help us make good choices. Tyler was a very fine ambassador for the Genz Ryan brand.

Alec Logan did a great job. It was a tough job which I knew from the start. He stayed until 7pm to ensure it was complete. Genz-Ryan continues to hire the best people. First class organization.
Logan I found Jesse to be polite, very professional and pleasant. At the end of the furnace checkup, he sat down with me, showed me the pictures he had taken of the furnace and explained to me what everything meant. I found that to be very helpful and appreciated it very much. I would recommend Jesse very highly.
Jesse Chris Norman was excellent. With a gas leak, you want to feel secure that the person you're dealing with knows what their doing and we did feel that security with Chris. He was very thorough and kept us informed the entire time he was here. We were overall very pleased. Genz-Ryan came through for us again!

Zach Lain was a very nice young man. He gave my furnance a check up. Changed the filter for me. Change my humidifer filter and dumped a bag of salt pellets in the water softner unit. Those bags are heavy. Very polite and helpful.
Lain Andrew was well-spoken and very personable when he arrived. After inquiring on how our HVAC system was performing and the nature of any issues we might be having, he gave us a quick outline of the steps he would take during his time at our home. At the conclusion of Andrew's service call, he reviewed his findings with us and gave us a number of ideas for extending the life of our system. He also provided some options for enhancing the system's capabilities. Andrew provided professional and efficient service. We very much appreciated his understanding of our HVAC system and expertise on how to keep it running at its best in the years ahead.

Ethan Matt did a great job. He was the lead on duct cleaning and assisted with the new furnace/AC install. They kept my house clean, were very friendly and kept on task to get the job down.

Jeff Mike was wonderful! So helpful, and tried everything he could to get our bathtub to replicate the leak we’ve been experiencing. We didn’t end up needing his repair services today but his visit was still so helpful!
Mike Jordan was a great plumber and did a good job in a timely manner. We may not have gone with Genz Ryan if we "shopped" around but the "Open 24 Hours a day" made it easy to guarantee timely service. Tank ruptured at midnight, scheduled appointment by 12:15 am and work was done by 1pm.
Jordan Jesse has been fantastic to work with, both times he's been out. He's thorough, patient, and professional. I will request him specifically for all visits in the future!
