I was pleasantly surprised with the arrival of Mr.Larry Thurman from John Moore services right from the beginning... His professionalism and knowledge of our concerns to install a new HVAC system was to be desired by other companies. I had done my homework interviewing & discussing my options with several other big name companies that just did not match up with his honesty & patience . I will definitely be reaching out for all my future projects . As long as we have people like Larry, I believe we can only finish blessed . I’m sure Mr. Roe his trainee has learned alot of valuable tools to a good future with john Moore services. Frank came in the evening, was on time and on Friday. He did a better than excellent job, insisted on cleaning up after he was done. A very nice person in that he explained everything as he did it and explained the expectations of the outcome. As a result of the visit I also subscribed to the service plan for my AC and hot water heater. I will not hesitate to call them again.
