Jamarie Goldwire was at our house today to do routine service on our A/C unit. He sent a text to let me know when he would arrive and he was very prompt. As he performed the service maintainence he was very neat, knowledgeable and very courteous. He gets five stars in my book.

Jacob was here over 3 hours trying to fix the problem. It was after 6 pm before left. As a last resort, he made arrangements to pick up a new circuit board after exhausting all other possibilities. He was respectful, polite, well groomed and he never stopped working on my problem until it was resolved. He was not going to leave me without heat when the temperature was going to drop into the 30s. In the future, I will request him for my routine service appointments and if I ever have another outage, he will be the technician I want to fix the problem! Kudos to your team of responsible and caring technicians!

We had our heating system fail and called Munn's Sales & Service for help. It was only our second cold day this year. The dispatcher had a service representative (Mark) at our home in less than an hour. He was able to diagnose the problem and order the part. Great response Munn's!!!
