He took the time to explain everything he was doing to troubleshoot the problem. He went above and beyond afterward to offer some suggestions on what steps I could take to avoid future problems. He was delightful to deal with, and I'd used Vredevoogd Heating & Cooling again based on the way he represented the company.

They stayed until they could get us approved for financing, and even left us with space heaters to keep the house warm until the installers can come out. 150% recommend!!!
