Austin did an excellent job. Since my toilet is an older one he reviewed the pros and cons of fixing the old one or replacing it. Since they have a promotion for a new one it was more cost effective to replace the old one. He and his helper provided excellent professional friendly service!

Austin, the plumbing technician sent by Vredevoogd did an awesome job. His task began by assessing the situation (replace or repair toilet). Next, he made three no pressure option recommendations including the price quote for each scenario. After which, he gave us time to consider our options. Austin fully answered all my questions and concerns with patience and superior knowledge. We decided to replace the toilet based on price comparison and warranty of the three possibilities. Austin contacted dispatch and was able to schedule the work that hour! He also kept us informed of his progress at each key steps. I would be happy to have Austin service our home for our next plumbing need (which hopefully will be a while)!! Austin gets a 10 star plus from this customer. My family woke up to a co2 leak yesterday morning & Vredevoogd came right out to help. The guys they came out were nothing but helpful & kind. They stayed until they could get us approved for financing, and even left us with space heaters to keep the house warm until the installers can come out. 150% recommend!!!
