Great experience with this company! It was easy to schedule AC inspection. The person who was coming for the inspection, Darron, called 20 mins prior arriving and gave me heads up. Darron was very detailed and despite the heat he provided full inspection checking all parts of AC system. I highly recommend this company.

I’m originally from Irving, and my family has used Spencer’s for years. My family lived in Irving for about 45 years before they passed away in 2014-2015. About a year and a half ago, I moved out of Irving, and bought my own house. During the time I was taking care of my family, I lived and took care of their house after they passed, and I knew I could always call Spencer’s for them to help me fix the AC/heat! Spencer’s was there for me during my difficult time in my life with my family and I knew I could always trust them to fix things! Tonight, I called Spencer’s again out to my new house in the Keller/North Fort Worth area because my upstairs unit stopped working this afternoon! Everyone from Customer Service, to my Service Technician David, was so nice! Spencer’s has always exceeded my expectations, and David even showed my fiancé and I what to do about our filters because we’re still figuring out all the bells and whistles to our new house! From the bottom of my heart, thank you Spencer’s for always taking care of me and my family!
