We woke up to a leak in our bedroom. We called and Bryce Kiester came out. He found and addressed the issue that morning which we really appreciated. We decided to have our roof replaced. The highest praise we can offer is that Bakeris got the job done. They have great communication and follow-up. That's hard to find anymore. You won't be disappointed and ask for Bryce!
Bakeris Roofing did a fantastic job of reroofing our home! Ben Bakeris come to our home quickly; was very professional and provided us with an estimate on the spot. We were impressed with his presentation of the company: it's mission and warrantees. The workers who came were very skilled & respectful. The job was completed in one day, due to their efficiency & hard work. They used just the exact shingles we wanted. We want to thank all the men who did the job, also Jose Pepe,the team leader, & the supervisor Gordon, and of course, Ben Bakeris. WOW! If you need a roof this IS the company to hire! We had three estimates and what made Bakeris different from the others was the Personal Touch! The others merely measured our roof and e-mailed us an estimate. Tony arrived completely prepared to answer questions we didn’t even know to ask. He was extremely knowledgeable not only the process but the choices of shingles and other items we could include. He provided financing information and a complete written estimate. Most impressive, he walked us through the entire process and what to expect the day of the job, he said that the crew would “treat our home as if it were their home”. Sales people tend to tell you all kinds of great things and promise this and that and the other thing, but EVERYTHING Tony told us about the process is what happened! The day of the job: the crew arrived on time and completed the work on time. They continuously walked around our property with a magnet to get any loose nails. Of note we have an artificial grass dog run and not only did they use the magnet, but I saw them look for and pick up nails with their hands (I believe they knew it was a dog run and did this for the dogs), very impressive and again part of that Personal Touch. The roof is beautiful and so well done, they even did a special project for me and shingled part of my greenhouse! When the job was done you would never had known anyone had been there except for the beautiful roof! The next day Tony came by personally to inspect the work (as he said he would) and asking if we had any issues. He followed up with a thank you card, again that Personal Touch. I have posted pictures of my home and greenhouse on their website! Thank you for the incredible experience and roof.
I have used Bakeris a couple times - once for a leak and now for a roof replacement. Both times the experience has been great and they took care of things and did a quality job. I especially want to call out Bryce as he was a pleasure to work with and I appreciated his patience and expertise when I was working with my insurance company. He was very friendly and professional. He went right to work, let me know when he was finished, and that the gutter people would be coming to finish that part of the job.
