I appreciated Cody's professionalism and the ability to take the time of explaining the best route to proceed to fix my plumbing issue. He did not push to go to a higher level of services - went with the lower option and would do more if the job warranted. Did not have to go to the higher level and was pleased with the outcome. Thank you.
Cody Tim did a great job. He explained everything as he went along, and then completed the job very efficiently.
We had a leak in our tolet plumbing. They came the next day and diagnosed the problem. They had the parts needed to do the repair. Great job.
Ryan was great. He was on time and was able to complete the yearly plumbing inspection along with flushing the water heater in about an hour. He was professional and supplied a few proposals that we may be completing soon. Would recommend Ryan ( and O'Bryan Plumbing) for any reidential plumbing needs.
Ryan Mark is always nice to work with (He has been to my Plano house 2 times now). Yesterday, he had a new guy with him and he was really great. The way they worked together and had fun at their job brought a smile to my face. They did a good job with the inspection and flushing the water heater and I appreciated the referral to the restoration company for my under the kitchen sink smell.

Zach Cri, Ben and Mike were so great at discovering our issues, communicating them, and most of all, taking care of all of the issues. With our membership, the cost was discounted and well worth it. They are very knowledgeable and friendly to work with, so job well done!

O’ Bryan Plumbing is the best! And Mark, who came out today, was great. Polite, knowledgeable, efficient, honest. Came to clean a washer drain but found out it was the washing machine that had a leak. Couldn’t fix the problem, though no fault of his own, but diagnosed the problem and didn’t charge me.

They came in, assessed the work that needed to be done! They Replaced an outdoor faucet that was leaking and insulated it! They made decisions and recommendations Such as lets try this with running toilets and see if it works before we do major repairs! Their initial recommendations worked and saved me a considerable amount of $$$! Hen their were able to repair a bathtub faucet saving me $$$ of NOT having to replace a whole system! Thank you OBryan Plumbing for being honest and fixing vs. replacing!

Two plumbers showed up when they were supposed to, diagnosed the problem, fixed it and were on their way in short order. Thats what we should all expect from a professional trade service.
