Zach was great and identified the reason we had no hot water immediately. We had a tiny roof leak that set off the flood stop! He adjusted the location of the stop until we can get the roofer out, and it only took a few minutes. Really like working with this company!
Update: Aaron from O’Bryan was at it again - delivering fast, well explained service for a drain line issue. Great work and represents O’Bryan well. Update: another great experience with O’Bryan Plumbing. Cody came out today and addressed a draining issue with my dishwasher. Can’t say enough positive things about him. Knowledgeable, patient, skilled and personable. Great job! First, I really appreciate O’Bryan finding a way to fit me in despite their full schedule. Aaron and Lachlan did a great job. Fixed my drain clog, explained how to prevent and made some other recommendations. Professional, friendly, and capable - can’t ask for much more.

O’ Bryan Plumbing is the best! And Mark, who came out today, was great. Polite, knowledgeable, efficient, honest. Came for annual service. Left recommendations for potential considerations but wasn’t pushy trying to sell me something. Appreciate their integrity, knowledge, service, and friendliness.
Tim did a great job. He explained everything as he went along, and then completed the job very efficiently.
Top service and great team. Every contact point, from the first call contact thru the professional craftmen/plumbers that did the work were top notch, highly skilled, transparent in price and work, flexible in adapting to the situation as it developed, and very customer focused. They are able to tackle a wide range of major to minor plumbing tasks. They may be more costly than many of the bargain priced outfits, but you get highly skilled professionals using top grade materials to repair and protect what is one of your most valuable assets. They deliver a high value service at a fair price. I leaned about them from a neighbor. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to others. Adding to my original review as I have more experience with them on another matter. Called to get an estimate on some repair/replacement work on a sewer line. I have had 4 firms out for estimates and the team O'Bryan sent were plumbers that do the work, not someone who is only an estimator/sales person. Only one other firm had the plumbing team out to assess the issue and prepare an estimate. A very good explanation was provided of the work to be done accompanied with a competitive price. I suggest anyone searching for a firm to do major sewer line replacement get a quote. A fair price given the quality of their prior work and the skill their team brings to a job. Adding again to the review. I do not think I expand on the many positive aspects of working with the team at O'Bryans, so let me keep it simple - I had them out for another significant remodeling task which demonstrates my sincerity with the praise. I keep using them.

They came in, assessed the work that needed to be done! They Replaced an outdoor faucet that was leaking and insulated it! They made decisions and recommendations Such as lets try this with running toilets and see if it works before we do major repairs! Their initial recommendations worked and saved me a considerable amount of $$$! Hen their were able to repair a bathtub faucet saving me $$$ of NOT having to replace a whole system! Thank you OBryan Plumbing for being honest and fixing vs. replacing!

Two plumbers showed up when they were supposed to, diagnosed the problem, fixed it and were on their way in short order. Thats what we should all expect from a professional trade service.
