My furnace quit in the evening. They came out that night and troubleshooted the issue. Was the control board. Brandon gave me options and estimated pricing. He offered a space heater if I needed it. He came back next morning with new control board and all is good! Excellent service and knowledgeable people!
Jayson came after hours and replaced a capacitor for my air conditioner. He showed me the employee from Mike Williams came out earlier the same day and did an inspection of the air conditioner they disconnected wires to the compacitor and never put it back on. Which caused me not to have cool air in the house and noise being made from the outside air conditioner. Jayson did a great diligent job among others he inspected and explained everything very thoroughly and gave me confidence that the crew they have is very reliable.
I highly recommend castle home comfort. Austin and the crew that replaced our ac were professional and super tidy!

They were very sociable and did a very nice job, and explained to me what he did to make it work the way it needed. And I am very satisfied with the work that Steve did and I recommend him and White Castle in all a good place.
