We learned at 8:30 pm that our sump pump stopped working. We called Summer’s and they had Bryan out to our house within an hour. Bryan was very pleasant and professional and didn’t seem at all put out by having to be at our house so late. He quickly and effectively replaced the pump and all was completed within 2 hours of our call!

Braden checked through our existing ac system and explained why we were having cooling issues. He gave us repair and replacement options to choose from and even explained payment options. He was extremely helpful and very patient.

Joe & Will did a great job.while working in high heat and humidity. They had a difficult job replacing a compressor which they did with without complaining.

Rusell was very knowledgeable and spot on, he explained what failed and how to avoid in the future with a surge protector on AC and on furnace, will consider later on adding them for protection, I also asked him about a shutoff valve for the gas line and said yes can get the plumber to install at a later date, Rusell was very kind and easy to understand, great guy very professional and put things back like they were even the garden hose, and Gizmo just loved him.

I was really amazed at how knowledgeable he was about the functions of our AC, and the fact that he was so young and had so much experience. He even broke down each one of the replacement units and each feature . He's a pretty good salesman also. Kudos
