Woke up to no heat or hot water. Called Gottier. They got Jake over very quickly. He worked on it, contacted the manufacturer and found the problem. Then he drove into Hartford to get the part. Came back, fixed things and got us going again. Once again, Luke saved the day!

Jake arrived on time and identified and fixed the problem with the toilet. When I mentioned the low water pressure in the house he checked the main pipes and said they were only 1/2 inch and that would be the problem. He also suggested a brilliant solution- to have 3/4 inch rubber pipes installed. I’m impressed with Jake’s knowledge and dedication. He also has a great personality and sense of humor!

The morning of a large snow storm we were unfortunate to have our water heater go bad and spring a massive leak in our basement. The great folks at Gottier Plumbing came over, gave us an estimate, and installed our new water heater. All in the same afternoon! They were friendly, fast, and professional.
