Nathen is the best service technician that Black Hills has ever sent to our home. He cleaned our furnace and heat pump from top to bottom, looking at every component, making sure everything was in perfect working condition. He was very thorough and meticulous in his cleaning process. He's an excellent representative of the Blach Hills Company. We would like to request Nathan for our next service call.

The technician showed up on time and checked over the furnace, replaced filter and explained to me how to change batteries on thermostat, showed me personally, real happy with the service and professionally done.

I was told ahead of time when Tyler would show up, he was very professional, fixed the original problem, noisy heat pump, but also checked the rest of the heat pump and the furnace too. And then he changed my thermostat setting to my liking. I had messed it up before.

Terelle Dunn was very thorough, professional and kind! He also sent us an email after with photos throughout the process so we can see before and after images as he worked through the system.

We had half of our home without power for a few days. I was really nervous to get ahold of someone to fix the issue since we have had past contractors come through and the work done was horrible. Black Hills was amazing when installing our heat pump A/C over the summer. Yesterday, the temp dropped below 35, and our furnace didnt kick on. Black Hills was quick to respond and sent someone the same day to check our furnace and get it working again. Highly recommend!
