Cant say enough good things about Welborn and our technician Roshon. Weve had them out to our house (and local family too) several times for maintenance and repair. Today, our 6-year old double door had a spring break. I called, they were available the same day, and our tech, Roshon, went thru the problem and explained the necessary repair. Theyre reliable, honest, dependable and do what needs to be done without pressure or worry.

What a great company! Our garage door broke off the cable this morning at 6am, I called them at 7, fully expecting to leave a number for a call back. I was surprised when a live person (not a recording) answered. She was able to have someone at my house by 10am. Before the tech came out, I received not only a phone call letting me know he was on his way, but I also received a text with his name and photo .When the tech, (Tate) arrived, he was very respectful and went over all the issues I had. I was given a written price of the new garage door and installation. I was even told of the lifetime warranty on their garage doors and parts .We shook on it and by 2pm, two techs were at my door ready to install and haul away my old door and parts. The two guys were also respectful and they were even patient with me while I watched a little of the work and asked questions. After the work was done, they went over everything they did. They will even come out every 6 months to inspect and adjust anything that needs to be done, free of charge. I would say I received my moneys worth. And best of all, the company is owned and operated by Veterans! I recommend this company to anyone that needs repairs to an existing garage door, or in need of a new garage door!

I am extremely pleased with the service I received. Chance was prompt and very professional, friendly and explained and showed me what he would be doing and the cost before he started work. I highly recommend Welborn for any garage door repair or service.

They came when they said they would. Roshon was my technician. What nice guy. My garage door opener was old- it could have been fixed but I choose to get a new one which he had on his truck. I didnt have to schedule another day to have it installed. It was so hot but Roshan installed the new unit along with programming all my openers, my car and automatic gate openers too with a smile. I highly recommend this company. This is the second time I have used them and Im very satisfied

Amazing company! The BEST service in the DFW. They never settle to make it right for you and make sure youre nothing but completely satisfied! They even give back to the community on a regular basis and a portion of their proceeds goes towards the Folds of Honor organization each year! Welborn Garage is a wonderful family oriented industry with Outstanding Technicians and Customer service. I called in and Mandy answered the phone and i received same day service and the technicians were out within 45 minutes! needless to say they fixed the problem with everything they had in the van ! Our garage door opener stopped working on a very cold day, and I needed a quick fix! Wellborn had worked on our doors in 2014 and we were pleased with the service, so they were my first call. They were able to send someone out almost immediately. Preston was on time, very friendly, and very knowledgeable. He got our 30+ year old Genie garage door openers working again, then explained the options for upgrading to new openers when we were ready to do that. He was open and clear about prices, with no sales pressure whatsoever. A truly pleasant experience.
