Our garage door opener stopped working on a very cold day, and I needed a quick fix! Wellborn had worked on our doors in 2014 and we were pleased with the service, so they were my first call. They were able to send someone out almost immediately. Preston was on time, very friendly, and very knowledgeable. He got our 30+ year old Genie garage door openers working again, then explained the options for upgrading to new openers when we were ready to do that. He was open and clear about prices, with no sales pressure whatsoever. A truly pleasant experience.

Well, they couldn't do much with my 50 year old Genie opener. But serviced what they could, and new units were a bit too expensive at this time. Overall, good work. Thanks.
