I recently had Noah from Hop2It Electrical Repair out to my home to replace a faulty plug. As always, he was professional and thorough, clearly explaining the work he planned to do. During his inspection, he discovered that the grounding for my home had deteriorated, which could have left my appliances and electronics at risk during a lightning strike. Thankfully, he was able to address both the plug and grounding issues during the same visit. I highly recommend Hop2It Electrical, and I always ask for Noah—he’s knowledgeable, dependable, and does great work.

Hop2It was extremely professional from the first phone call all the way through service being finished. They communicated extremely well on technician arrival and everything that needed to happen in my home. They made sure I approved of all services and took time to explain the why behind everything that needed to be done. I recommend them to anyone who is needing electrical work.

Matthew is not the normal blue collar worker, he isn’t the typical 40 something year old who thinks his years of experience excuse his lack of professionalism. As a younger mechanic myself, it’s nice to come in contact with others who haven’t been tainted by the negativity that follows most trade jobs. Mike was shown everything in my home that will need work now, and in the near future. He was very knowledgeable, and explained everything in detail, also the financing, if that would help. I was also informed they provide annual membership, which includes, every year, checking everything in home is in working order. It will discount 15% of every future service. All info and quotes are emailed to me. I learned quite a bit of what is out in the electrical world and how it works. Thanks Mike, and company.

Mike came and was only supposed to do an estimate. I was not home so my wife and toddler greeted him. His quote was lower than my last estimate And my wife decided to move forward. We now have power in the backyard again, our pool light is functional, our outdoor fan works And the out-of-pocket was allot lower than what I expected. I am definitely glad that he is who showed up. We had a problem with our outlets and switches not working in our kitchen. Shane came out and inspected the problem, gave us a price for the repair and had it fixed in no time. I was very pleased with the service and the cost of the repair. Great service.

Service was AMAZING!!!! We had an emergency situation and 24/7was available within hours of my call. I was very impressed with the staff that took my call, dispatched the service team, and followed up with me on scheduling. The Electrician was professional, courtesy, personable and very through in his work and in no time at all -everything was back to normal. And the cost – much lower than I expected it would have been. Very pleased with the entire experience and will be using thier services again in the future.
