I would have liked to have gotten the bed on Friday, instead of my wife and I having to stay til Monday in the hospital before being able to bring her home! Otherwise I was pleased!

I arrived an hour earlier and I was met with excellent customer service reception. I was given respectfully reminded of Covid-19 protocols, and given accommodation to wait. My appointment time was addressed and I was eventually well received and services provided in the most profession approach. I am impressed.

I want to thank Amanda and the staff for taking care of me. Amanda was excellent at showing me my new equipment for my sleep apnea therapy. She was quite detailed and even with the COVID-19 protocol she explained everything and made me feel safe.

The equipment was delivered quickly and the technician fully explained how to use everything ! My husband is home from the hospital now and everything is working as it should. If we do hit a snag, there is a 24/7 number to call. This is very reassuring to me. Forgot to say that the equipment seems to be of very good quality. I highly recommend XMED to anyone needing oxygen or medical equipment!

Soon after my doctor ordered a CPap machine for me I received an email from XMED informing me they would set up my appointment as soon as possible. Within a few days they contacted me and I was able to be seen within a week. Daniel Noriega was the XMED Rep I saw at their San Antonio location on Fredricksburg Road. He was compliant with the current Covid-19 guidelines, and was not only an excellent instructor for a first time CPap user, he was genuine and easy to talk to, putting me at ease! I had become very anxious about whether or not I would be able to use the Cpap equipment correctly and as effectively as possible! I was socially distanced almost 2 years before the pandemic because of how severe sleep apnea effected my ability to think and I also had no energy. Information is power, and I feel empowered because Daniel is an excellent instructor and I highly recommend him!

Sergio came by and examined our Hoyer lift. He is always so kind and professional. He makes you feel at ease and because of that I would recommend this company to anyone who needs medical equipment. ?
