2020ish- Eddie was on time, very professional, and very knowledgeable. The methodical method of inspection to find the problem was impressively structured. The upfront pricing review was really nice. No surprises. The entire staff that I dealt with from my initial call to calling back after my repair for signing up for the OnTime Service Club was so throughly exceptional. A+ ! Jan 2023- Again today, I needed OnTime for HVAC and, as expected, they were awesome! Beau Price listened well to the issue, diagnosed the situation, offered a reasonably priced fix that made complete since, and performed the fix in a very timely manner and was super nice when waiting on me to return home from an errand. Ontime saves the day again! Once again, OnTime saved the day! Victor was just like the comments mentioned about the other employees above. He did a great job working through the issues and gave me a good idea of what to look out for going forward. Very satisfied with the quality of work and professionalism. Daniel did a great job today. I echoe what I posted previously about the other techs! Very dependable. Very honest. Very professional! Once again, I needed plumbing work ASAP. Steven did a great job. Everything I've said previously applies to Steven and Jon as well. 10/25/24 Jarett did a great job as usual. I echo all previous reviews of anyone OnTime ever sends out. 06/25/25 Ethan and Jarett did a great job tuning up our HVAC unit and fixing a small issue. I can always trust OnTime.

Keyon was the technician that came to my home He was very kind and respectful. He was very knowledgeable and provided me with information that was new in regard to the long term wear of an AC unit.

We were very pleased that OnTime worked us into their schedule. They contacted us that Ron Hamilton, one of their plumbers, was on his way. Ron was very knowledgeable about the leaking pipe under our slab. He thoroughly explained two options to fix it. He repaired the water issue in a timely manner and cleaned up the space . He was clear up front about the cost. He answered all questions professionally. I highly recommend OnTime for any service they offer. Ron Hamilton gets 5 stars!
