Matt Sam and the young man who came to our house did a very good job of replacing old pipe with pvc pipe. They also checked out the new pipe to make sure it was working properly.

We were very pleased that OnTime worked us into their schedule. They contacted us that Ron Hamilton, one of their plumbers, was on his way. Ron was very knowledgeable about the leaking pipe under our slab. He thoroughly explained two options to fix it. He repaired the water issue in a timely manner and cleaned up the space . He was clear up front about the cost. He answered all questions professionally. I highly recommend OnTime for any service they offer. Ron Hamilton gets 5 stars!
