ROBBY I contacted On Time Service to have someone come out to check a leak I had. I'm usually a little apprehensive about someone coming inside my home that I don't know. When I answered the door there was this nice lady standing there. I didn't know there were lady plumbers. She proceeded to look at the leak & told me what had to be done to repair the issue. She fixed the leak & did a great job! I told her that she was an answer to a prayer & I felt like she was. She came out fixed the problem, she was confident in what she had to do, she was the nicest person anyone could ask for & when she left I felt like I had made a new friend not just someone that came out to fix a leak at my house. Jarrett Howell did a great job as always. He replaced conduit and wiring from one swimming pool light junction box to the next one that had no power to the third pool light due to damage to the electric lines by the pool contractor during a renovation a few years ago.

We were very pleased that OnTime worked us into their schedule. They contacted us that Ron Hamilton, one of their plumbers, was on his way. Ron was very knowledgeable about the leaking pipe under our slab. He thoroughly explained two options to fix it. He repaired the water issue in a timely manner and cleaned up the space . He was clear up front about the cost. He answered all questions professionally. I highly recommend OnTime for any service they offer. Ron Hamilton gets 5 stars!
