Noticed a pipe right above my water tank was leaking today...and it made quite a mess in the utility room. I had Always Plumbing install a new hot water tank last January. I called today, and was told someone would be by to service it same day (this evening). The tech showed up exactly during the window of time I was told. Great service Tech fixed the leak under warranty. Great, friendly, competent service...from the call to the repair. I won't hesitate to use them again or refer them to anyone else. Keep up the good service!!

I called Always Plumbing & Heating. when reception called back she was very friendly and helpful. She got someone to come out with the hour. Very impressed by their communication skills and friendliness. I even got a call letting me know when the tech was on his way. Once he arrived he was very friendly and explained as to what the issue was. Once he got working on our furnace, he got it done properly and I can not be happier he got it working again :). I would definitely recommend using them for any plumbing or heating needs. Thanks again!!

Had Always out to perform annual inspections on furnace and hot water tank as well as a house wide look at all fixtures for condition and signs of wear and tear. Everything got a good bill of health. Gavin made some suggestions in regard to my furnace filters that will save me some cash. The service visit took about 90 minutes. We appreciate the attention to detail.

I can't find his name on the list but CHRIS SEDO was awesome! I had multiple people look at my basement to figure out why there was water in the carpets and they were either stumped or giving me reasons that didnt make sense. Chris came and, even though we got to a point were he couldnt figure it out either and I expected him to leave, he said that his curiosity would not let him leave. He did eventualy find the problem (saving me a massive amount of money as my next steps were ripping up my deck) and fixed it that day.

I have had Always Plumbing and Heating come to my mobile home a number of times. They have always been polite, professional, and informative. They never made me feel that my questions were silly or unimportant. I really appreciated the reminder text the day before, and the call informing me that the tech was on the way to my home. Although they requested a two hour window, I have yet to wait more than 1/2 hour. I highly recommend Always to anyone with plumbing or heating issues!

Glen with Always plumbing was the only company that didnt want to charge me a service call to do a estimate. Glen was very knowledgeable and gave me different options to replacing the polyB piping. The crew he sent out to do the work Eugene and Kyle were very professional and very accommodating. It took four days to complete the work and always stayed late to make sure we had water every night before they left. Always got a message every morning when they were on there way.
