Johnny was excellent, found the issue which was under warranty so they ordered a new system to replace what we have and scheduled it for 4 days later - goos customer service and follow-through! April `19 Update: Our latest experience was part of the "Comfort Club" membership we signed up for seasonal service calls. During today's Spring/Summer tune-up was completed by Bob Warner and once again we found Bob to be very friendly, professional and knowledgeable; he was efficient, completing a thorough system review and cleaned up after he was finished. We're confident we'll have another cool and worry free summer as a result Feb ‘19 update: daughter’s HVAC went out and in short order Signature was able to get a Service person out and once we determined the 17 year old system was on its last leg they were able to get a salesperson out to talk system options... net net found the right solution and it will be installed this Thursday.. that’s what I call being customer focused and being there when you need them!

March 11 2025 - Partial toilet blockage cleared quickly and efficiently - Thank you Jerry and Jacob! May 17 2024 - Ryan conducted a thorough examination of the HVAC cooling system and found everything in good order. Excellent work as always May 9 2023 - Ryan conducted a thorough inspection of my HVAC system and flagged that the ultraviolet air scrubbers both needed replacing - as the UV bulbs had burned out. As I cater for asthmatics, this was an important finding and I immediately gave permission for replacement of both scrubber units. Good work!! May 2nd 2023 - Tim Cullen and his partner Tom Fara did a phenomenal job installing a new bulk propane gas line onto our outside deck from a lower floor inside the house. The project was quite complex but was completed on time and to my complete satisfaction.

Technician Nate was punctual, polite and professional. He took extra time to 'tweak' system settings for optimal performance and, importantly, when he was unable to adjust one to factory specs he called in extra help.
