I left a big long personal message with the first text that came through from yesterday he is one in a million one in a million fabulous person lovely man very very kind very honest very very absolutely delightful he is a knight in shining armor and I even went so far as to say I wish I could be his neighbor because he would be make a great friend and I even told him that I'd come and make him and his wife and kids swedish meatballs and banana bread I take care of people like he does and he's just one a million you know it's very hard to run across people like that these days so please give him a dinner out a special star that too for helping me I'm a single girl and I have no air conditioning and it's just we finally found out the truth that the slumlord that manages my house is not maintaining it so I am really beside myself but he helped me find out the truth and that makes all the difference in the world so thank you so much for having Mr Dave as your employee and if he wants to hear the other message I told him If he ever find some place for me to rent and placerville I've got money I can move in a day and I want to move to placerville this afternoon nice people are okay thank you very much bye-bye

This company is excellent. Their customer service is one in a million, from their first contact to quote a job, continuing with scheduling and installation. This is the second install this company has performed for us. They previously installed an HVAC unit at a rental I owned in 2019 and we were so impressed with their workmanship then that I urged my mom to consider them for her install. She was equally impressed. If you want quality workmanship and excellent customer service, you need to choose AirTech.

Let me just say the proof of a company is how they handle the unexpected. Air Tech came through at all points. In the end they replaced a 28 year old heating and A/C unit they made it affordable and as an unexpected problem arose, they resolved it quickly and to my complete satisfaction. Drew is a very sharp, knowledgeable young man who knows his job. Very happy with the work he did on my heat pump. Explained everything he did so that I understood better how the system works and also what he did to get it up and running again. Not fun to get up with no heat and find the heat pump is frozen and covered in ice on one of our coldest days. But I have heat now! Thanks Drew and lots of good luck in your future.
