We had a leak under the kitchen sink and at one of the lines to the tankless water heater. Taylor identified the sink problem as a rusted disposal and showed us the damaged component. He gave us a number of replacement options and we asked if an ON/OFF button could be installed. Replaced a small part to tankless water heater....that was not supposed to be installed by the builders. He also checked the water lines to each bathroom (4) and reported his findings. Taylor was very personable, professional, and cleaned up after he completed the installs. We were very happy with the results....and would highly recommend their service.

Richard Sanchez was awesome, he did a thorough job of scoping out the issue and provided us with a reasonable quote but advised us to wait until Sac Co Utilities confirmed whether or not it was their issue. Luckily for us it was, and they resolved it. But another company might have pushed us to go ahead with work that wasnt needed, just to make money. Not only did Mr. Sanchez not do that, he took the contact info for Sac Co Utilities to have it on hand in case other clients need it. Excellent customer service and we will use them if/when we ever have a plumbing issue.

Had an urgent need to cap our kitchen range gas line prior to delivery of our new induction range. Contacted them the morning we needed it, they sent someone out by 10:30am and completed the job by noon. Tech was super friendly and gave me advice for how to have it capped to retain its use in the future. Very happy with the service.

The technician was on time, COVID-19 compliant, well dressed in clean clothes and used shoe covers. It was obvious he respected our home. His work was completed quickly and he took care to protect floor and cabinet finishes. After completing the work he took time to go over details and explain what he had done and how the new equipment worked. The technician solved the problem completely in a reasonable time and explained very well what was being done to fix the toilet. It was a big bonus that she talked to my tenant about what was wrong with the toilet and confirmed the issue before proceeding to make repairs. Yesterday my hot water heater was replaced by Taylor and Javier. They did an excellent job with the installation and the cost was actually less than the estimate I received because some of the parts included in the estimate didn't need to be replaced. I would recommend them to anyone looking for fast, honest and reliable service.

We had our sewer draining down our driveway. Dependable showed up quickly and inspected and showed us pictures and videos to explain what was going on. They offered several options but I chose a new sewer line. They came with the latest equipment. They got it working again the same day, the second day it was replaced, and the third finished up. On top of the replacement we decided to get new toilets, with custom seats, custom trip levers, and a new shower drain cover. They got it all done. They were easy to work with and always worked with me.
