Tengthee came out to diagnose why water running out of my furnace. He fixed the problem and went above and beyond and checked out my air exchange which I mentioned I was having issues with. He also checked the humidifier on the furnace and showed me how to change the filter. He was very professional and knowledgeable.

Jim was great! We had issues with a new furnace filter for a few years and Jim realized that it needed to be fixed. Jim took the initiative to fix it after others had just left it as is. Had a new issue in 2026, called them at 10 am, and Alex arrived in less than 2 hours. He diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it promptly. Very happy with the service.

What we thought was resolved yesterday apparently wasn’t and my daughters room was still very cold with little to no heat. Nick came over today and was able to diagnose the problem within what seemed like seconds and fixed the problem with no issues. He explained what the problem was and we both checked the vents and felt the blast of heat coming through the vents which was way better than it was before. Before it just felt like a closed vent with a little bit of heat flowing through. So it was such a relief once I felt the heat actually coming in through the vents. Thank you so much Nick for fixing the problem. It wasn’t an ideal weekend to have no heat in my daughters room so we are happy to have it back.
