Josh always comes to my house and fixes all my issues. I have never had a bad experience with him and Ive been using HTE for several years. Ive had them install landscape lights, waterfall lights, patio lights, a full house alarm system, smoke detectors, new electrical plugs, and even a hot tub and waterfall power supply. Josh and his brother have done an excellent job every time. I wont use anyone else. I ask for Josh by name. Many times Ive let them in the house without being there. The team came out promptly, discovered the issue in minutes, fixed it immediately. Replace an outlet that was faulty, an update another. Then, above and beyond, coiled up the extension cords I had been using to circumvent the problem. Signed up for theyre annual maintenance and got a 15% discount. Could not be happier. They were covid safe, and in and out in 30 minutes!

Colt Cooper, the electrician, called to let me know that he would be arriving in 30 mins, well within the scheduled 2-5 pm appt timeframe. He is friendly and professional and quickly assessed the issue, fully explained the problem and the cost, and made the fix. He also alerted us to another issue in our electrical panel, again explained it in a manner I could understand. I gave him the green light to fix the problem. So all in all, a very positive experience with this company. I would recommend them to others and will surely reach out to them again.
