Mike and David were great to work with on a complicated hot wat heating job on a 3 story 110 year old home. They explained the job ahead of time and solved problems as they arose at no additional cost. They adapted their schedule to ours. Over-all, we're very satisfied with the work ad would strongly recommend them.

Toilet repair, 2 shut off valves added to outdoor water supply and replaced the outdoor spigots, also flushed the gas tankless water heater. He did a great job. Very conscientious and fully explained all that he did. Saved the day for sure.

While we were initially told that we would have heat on day 1 of the job, we ended up with no heat by the end of the day (and through the night). This is tough with a toddler, and we are lucky in laws live nearby. Despite this, we were up and running the next day shortly after being told when we would have heat. At the end of the day, the zoning work has already provided a much needed change in our overall comfort as the heating in the house has been normalized with the zones. The work looks to have been thorough and we appreciated how the team operated.

These are THE go to guys for SpacePak installation and service. These systems are made for older homes that do not have built in ductwork. System design and installation is extremely complex and requires a great deal of expertise. AVH technicians have that expertise along with management support. Even though installation is a big mechanical job, they have the know how to make it the least interruptive to your life. They cleaned up every day. I wont pretend that this kind of work comes cheap. Each job is custom an requires an estimate. My opinion is that in my house, it has been worth every penny. Steve Mervis

We just had a water heater replaced. Knew it was coming since it was way past it’s expiration date but it was still super annoying. Recommend American Vintage Home. They sent some out right away to quote me (no fee for quote). Work was completed next day. Installer was quick and cleaned up mess from old heater. Very happy with service and very hot shower I took as soon as the guy left.

I have used American Vintage Home on two different houses since when they first started in 1993 or 94. They are very nice and easy to work with. They give detailed estimates. Their work is fast, neat, and precise. They are always on time, and good people to work with. My boiler stopped working last month and they sped up the process to get me a new one installed fast during the cold weather.

We have just spent five and a half days with Mike K. and his assistant, Tommy, as they installed Space Pak air conditioning in our 100+-year-old house. We couldn't have asked for more pleasant people to have working around us (we work in our home office). I'm writing this review from a comfortable home that looks as if no sawing, drilling, hammering etc. has happened; they cleaned up after themselves every day and removed all the packing cases, rubbish, and even the old attic fan that they removed. Compliments also to Marek, who measured the entire house and window areas, and to Dmitry, who decided where best to place the vent outlets to maximize air flow and minimize disruption to our living habits. Thanks, all of you.
