Tom performed the annual maintenance on the boilers for my 2 condo units. He noticed that 1 system did not have a back-water valve, and explained the importance of having that and potential problem that could result without it. As a result, I ordered the part and will have him install it. He spoke of his years of experience servicing boilers, which instilled confidence in his knowledge and expertise in his ability to identify potential problems and take measures to avert them!

We've always had nothing but great experiences working with American Vintage Home. We have a 100 year old Chicago bungalow with radiated heat and SpacePak AC. They've kept our old boiler in tip top shape and replaced an AC unit improperly installed by the previous owner. They're always quick to come out on a call and honest with their assessments of the work. After a couple of experiences working with less-than-reliable HVAC guys, the professionalism of American Vintage Home really shows. It's not cheap to maintain an older home, but I can trust with these guys that the job will be done right the first time and the work will hold up. We'll continue to use them moving forward and would recommend to anyone with an older home.
