I first encountered AVH while researching AC for my home. We met with reps from two companies and then with AVH's rep. After the rep From AVH left, my wife and I looked at each other and said why would anyone not do business with this company after a presentation like the one we just had. The space-pac installation was as advertised and the installers were top of the line and as accommodating and courteous as could be. We immediately started using AVH every year to inspect our boiler and AC and have never been disappointed. We recently needed some plumbing work done and called AVH. Lester was assigned to our job and we couldn't be happier. He was great as was the quality of his work. I recommend AVH to anyone who asks. I have never had better experiences with any company in any endeavor in my life. This is how every company should be run. I'm a customer for life.

Zakaria came for the fall maintenance of my 3 hvac units. He was very thorough and helpful since I have pets and a sick family member residing in one of the units. He was very neat and efficient. He knew answers to the questions I had and was polite. Very nice individual. Is an asset to this company.

American Vintage installed a new AC unit for me last year and did a great job. Not cheap but great service and communication So I then decided to purchase a service agreement for all my hvac units for 3 apts. My previous maintenance service for these units was short and not a lot of detail and also costs less. So when Alexis the service technician from American Vintage completed his work I was really surprised with the quality of service presented. He was efficient, knowledgeable, answered questions and reported everything in detail. This kind of service I am happy to pay more for! As always everyone from American Vintage cleans up when they are finished with any service performed. Just a pleasure doing business with American Vintage and having Alexis as my service rep today.

Alexis was punctual and professional for our annual SpacePak and Lennox inspection. My system was not having any issues, but he performed the normal maintenance with care. These are THE go to guys for SpacePak installation and service. These systems are made for older homes that do not have built in ductwork. System design and installation is extremely complex and requires a great deal of expertise. AVH technicians have that expertise along with management support. Even though installation is a big mechanical job, they have the know how to make it the least interruptive to your life. They cleaned up every day. I wont pretend that this kind of work comes cheap. Each job is custom an requires an estimate. My opinion is that in my house, it has been worth every penny. Steve Mervis

We just had a water heater replaced. Knew it was coming since it was way past it’s expiration date but it was still super annoying. Recommend American Vintage Home. They sent some out right away to quote me (no fee for quote). Work was completed next day. Installer was quick and cleaned up mess from old heater. Very happy with service and very hot shower I took as soon as the guy left.

I have used American Vintage Home on two different houses since when they first started in 1993 or 94. They are very nice and easy to work with. They give detailed estimates. Their work is fast, neat, and precise. They are always on time, and good people to work with. My boiler stopped working last month and they sped up the process to get me a new one installed fast during the cold weather.

We have just spent five and a half days with Mike K. and his assistant, Tommy, as they installed Space Pak air conditioning in our 100+-year-old house. We couldn't have asked for more pleasant people to have working around us (we work in our home office). I'm writing this review from a comfortable home that looks as if no sawing, drilling, hammering etc. has happened; they cleaned up after themselves every day and removed all the packing cases, rubbish, and even the old attic fan that they removed. Compliments also to Marek, who measured the entire house and window areas, and to Dmitry, who decided where best to place the vent outlets to maximize air flow and minimize disruption to our living habits.
