Oh my goodness I love them. We had some crazy gas pipes in our newly purchased home and needed them moved to switch out damaged flooring and we needed the gas pipes moved in the kitchen because it was coming out of the floor so you couldn’t move the stove back to the wall. Jerry hooked us up the next day because they had a cancellation. He sent George who was an absolute joy, like I wish our siblings would get married so I could see him on holidays. He is so incredibly smart and talented - and FAST. He did all of this in one day. He also saved our lives from an insane carbon monoxide leak due to a bad job by the previous owners venting the dryer. He walked us through and helped us understand his process and pointed out some essentials. The Daikin mini-split installation by Michael, with assistance from Edgar, was well handled throughout. The weather was too severe for the initial appt. date so upon arrival, Michael immediately rescheduled the installation for the next day. He then assessed the conditions of the old unit in preparation for the next day's new installation before leaving. Michael and Edgar arrived at the next day's appt. on time and went about the removal and installation quietly and professionally. They completed the installation by the end of day with a thorough clean-up. After providing me with the operation manual, Michael took the time to review all functions on the remote control and the removability of the air filters. I greatly appreciated their courteous and professional behavior.
