I have an issue with my roof that was replaced just under 4 years ago. When I called the original roofer he said he would come out to look tomorrow. This was a Sunday. Then on Monday I called twice with no return phone call. I found Kanga roof and they had wonderful reviews. After speaking to Kathy, she explained that they would try to get someone out today but it could be tomorrow. Within an hour Kathy had called me back to let me know Abe would be here by 2:30. (Originally spoke to them at 1). Kathy was beyond helpful and very nice. Abe arrived just before two thirty and after looking was not able to pin point the exact cause yet so let me know he would do some research and have his son come out to look as well (attic access is far from easy) but explained that he didn’t want to do anything that wasn’t needed. He was very helpful and helped ease my stress about the situation. We will definitely be using them for all our roofing needs from now on. Thank you Abe and Kathy for making my day a whole lot less stressful. Would absolutely recommend Kanga Roof!

Overall, we are extremely happy with the entire process performed by the Kanga Roof (A Brooks) team. The coordination with the entire team throughout the day was amazing and an actual quality performance and almost artistic. The final results were far and above any ideas we had anticipated. They went well above and beyond our expectations. There are so many people to Thank but I would like to especially mention the superior job performed by our lead person, Fabian. He coordinated and managed everything from the smallest detail perfectly and it all seemed effortless. His brother Dave also kept us well informed as he was the first to greet us for the day and last to say goodbye along with Fabian at the end of the long day. Another special Thanks to Nick and his quality craftsmanship securing our front porch. Everyone's attention to details was amazing to witness. My family is extremely pleased with an incredible overall performance replacing our aged roof.

Our deck was rebuilt by Kanga Roof, A Brooks Construction Inc., specifically by Monte and Nick. It is absolutely beautiful! We get compliments from everyone who sees it! They were the most professional workers and were extremely courteous while doing an amazing job! They took care to make sure that the build did not affect our family at all. They used safety measures to keep our family safe while the project progressed, which I appreciated since my young son has to access that deck to get in from school everyday. They worked through rain and even snow at times to finish. Their work ethic is second to none and I would book them again for any work I needed done!

The Kangaroo Roof representative came out and did a thorough assessment of my needs for gutter replacement. He showed me the problem areas and reviewed solutions and guided me to the best possible solution to give me the best affordable option. I had other estimates which were just quick eyeball and measurements and were cheaper. The problem would have been increased costs after the start of the project or the gutters slapped on the damaged wood. The Kanga rep gave me total confidence in signing the contract.
From my 1st meeting with Nick, I could see his knowledge. His preciseness. His Professionalism. His ability to answer every single question I asked. I could tell not only was he well-trained, but he actually enjoys what he does and that shows in his work. He is a master craftsman through and through. I had storm Damage and called 3 Local area contractors /roofers. KANGAROOF is the only one who got back to me immediately. Every detail of my damage was fixed with these quality gentleman Nick, Will, David and Tony. The only downside to Kanga is they are more expensive $$$ than others, but their policy is they promise to come back again and again until the issue is fixed. And I don't see that happening, these gentlemen are trained in depth and it shows in their craft. Was very happy with my work and I would recommend them as my 1st choice.
Christian came to our home right away when we called to give us a quote. He was careful to explain everything on the estimate and showed us many options to help keep costs down & not sacrifice quality. I love that they send out another Foreman to double check the site prior to construction. Nick came out with his team to replace the gutters and soffits a day prior. He was courteous and explained everything they were doing in laymen's terms. The team was quick and clean. Greg led the roof team the next day and I was so impressed by how quick they were. They showed up right on time and went right to it. As difficult as it is to keep the area clean, I was happy by the care the team took to make sure there were no loose materials or nails laying around. I'm glad I wont need another roof for 30 years, but I would recommend Kanga Roof to anyone.
