I scheduled an AC tune up to get ready for the upcoming and daily record-shattering heat (Nope—no signs of global warming at all ). Lucas and David showed up on my porch on time with all smiles and unparalleled professionalism, respect and efficiency. We had a lot of laughs, and they got me ready for the summer in a snap. It’s so good to be a member of the Moffett Family.
Jacob and team did an amazing job of replacing my water heater! Our water heater is located in a small attic area that is a challenge to access. The team approached the job positively and completed the job without any issues. The area was perfectly cleaned up when they left and Jacob answered all my questions along the way. Moffett Plumbing and Air is a very professional company and they have definitely earned my trust!
Vince is the absolute BEST! I specifically requested him and always will. He’s the best at what he does and has the greatest personality. I trust him so much I would give him a key if I couldn’t be home. He had Timothy in training and he was also terrific.
On time, personable, paid attention to details and gave us explanations that we could understand. Over all good experience with tech Lucas & apprentice Francisco.
