Sophie the technician was awesome he came in done a diagnostic test right away he knew what the problem was gave me an estimate and got right straight on the work due to a few breakers something that was out of his control he didn't finish the job that day the first day that is but he was back early as he's got the parts the next morning and was here a total of 20 minutes job complete I was very satisfied with his service and I would recommend streamline services and the technician that was at 113 highland Lane to everyone and in the near future if I need services I know I'll be calling them and recommended they send him back very intelligent young man and I'm a very satisfied customer

My experience today with Jaden Troester with Streamline Services was a service. When Jaden called the first time as promised 30 mins ahead of his arrival I had to explain that I had to leave. He wasnt upset or irritated. He politely explained he would make a call and get me rescheduled today. He showed up as professional. He was kind, not salesy and not pushy. He was helpful and knowledgeable. Im posting this review because its important when you find a company like streamline and a guy like Jaden it would be selfish to not share my experience with you.

Our water heater started leaking on a three day holiday weekend. Not only did they come out on Saturday they also updated us with a tankless water heater. The price may have been slightly higher but, they definately did a great job.
